El Bachir Kouhlani
Member of the Casablanca Bar. Former Dean of the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Casablanca, and former Director of Higher Education.
A career spent on both sides of the discipline — teaching and directing it, then practising it.
El Bachir Kouhlani holds a Doctorat d'État and a Diplôme d'Études Approfondies from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in law, economics and social sciences, a Maîtrise in sociology from Université René Descartes (Paris V), and a Licence from the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences in Rabat. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Casablanca and as Director of Higher Education, and taught law, economics and management for many years.
Before returning to practice at the Casablanca Bar, he advised at the Michel Camus legal practice in Paris. That combination — the academy, the administration of higher education, and private practice in two jurisdictions — shapes how the firm approaches a file: the doctrinal question and the practical one are treated as the same question.
